Situated close to the Annapurna Circuit Trail, there are two summits to Chulu Peak Climbing – being Chulu East and Chulu West. Permits are required for both separately. We are offering Chulu West, which is not overly difficult for the experienced climber, and takes 5 or 6 days, and to an altitude of 6,419m.
The trail to the Chulu Peak Climbing starts from Ledar, part of the Annapurna Circuit Trek, and takes us to Chulu West Base Camp, onto Camp I where we acclimatize before pushing on to Camp II before a very early morning start to summit Chulu Peak West. The mountains we can see on this climb are Chulu West, Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna I.

Best time for this peak: March to April / October to November
