Born and raised in Gorkha, Nepal, I am proud to call the Manaslu region my home! I have been in the travel business for over a decade (Since 2006), from assistant guide to leader to manager. Finally, today, I am the founder of NEST Adventure. So you could say I know my way well enough in the Himalayas. I am passionate about traveling, and I strongly believe that seeing the world shouldn’t break the bank (at least not too much!). I have backpacked to over 15 countries in Asia, Central America, the USA, Canada, one-third of Europe, the Caribbean Islands, and Latin America. I studied in the United Kingdom and moved to the United States. During that period, I worked with multinational companies, which taught me how to deliver quality customer service in the business. As a traveling backpacker and travel expert for the Nepalese Himalayas, I started writing about my country, which I would love to share with you. If you require information about Nepal or want to join a group with our existing departure (particularly if you are a solo hiker in the restricted area), please do not hesitate to visit my office in Thamel. Our office is in the tourist district of Kathmandu, which is called Thamel. I am happy to share a cup of Nepali tea and free information.

Mr. Gokarna Ghimire (G-mi), born and raised in the shadow of Mt. Ganesh Himal, is the operational head of NEST Adventure. His role Is not just about creating, planning, and conducting expeditions, travel, and tours. He is the backbone of the operation, ensuring that every trip runs smoothly, from managing reservations and showtimes to dealing with various stakeholders. His dedication to his work is evident in his interactions with venue managers, ticket agents, promoters, guides, and clients. His reputation in Nepal’s tourism industry is a testament to his commitment. With a wealth of experience spanning a decade in the Nepal tourism industry, Mr. G-mi’s journey began as a guide and hotel manager before he joined our company. He also dedicated several years to the “Tourist Information Center” at Kathmandu airport. It is no exaggeration to say that Mr. G-mi is a living encyclopedia for Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet.
Shova Khanal
Finance / Accountant
Mrs. Shova Khanal, Accountant of NEST Adventure, was born in the Gorkha District of Nepal. She has completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and knows Accounting Principles. Mrs. Khanal provides financial information to the management by researching and analysing the accounting data. She has excellent accounting skills and prepares reports, assets and liability and capital accounting entries by compiling and analyzing accounting information. She also handles all the financial and accounts of NEST Adventure.
Mandira Tamli

Miss Mandira Tamli was born and raised in the Dhankuta district of Nepal. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree while actively working in SEO and content marketing at NEST Adventure. As a versatile professional, Mandira is a freelancer, blogger, content writer, and ghostwriter. In her role as a digital marketer at NEST Adventure, she plays a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s website and overseeing various SEO-related tasks that significantly enhance the site’s performance and visibility. Originating from the Gorkha district of Nepal, his journey began on the trails of the Manaslu Trek. The Himalayas have been his home for most of his life, instilling in him a deep-rooted passion for trekking and mountaineering. His extensive knowledge and experience, particularly in the realm of restricted area trekking, a niche he is truly passionate about, make him a reliable and responsible guide. Mr. Gopal Sunuwar is originally from the Northwest of Okhaldhunga district in Nepal. Gopal, a young man of visionary and enthusiastic tourism entrepreneur eagerly dedicated to his work, is the Senior Leader of NEST Adventure. He is the leader of all ages and groups. With a friendly manner and a great smile, he is been involved in tourism for a decade. Moreover, he is a kind-hearted and helpful person who loves traveling and becoming familiar with new people, expanding his circle of communication with foreign friends. He has guided the Manaslu region, Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, and Mustang areas. Talking about his training, he has taken intensive wilderness first aid with trekking guide training, TAAN training, Rock climbing, and ice climbing training.
