Nagarkot (2,195m) is one of the nearest hill station located 32Km east from the capital city of Kathmandu.  Hill terraces, snowcapped mountain ranges, and typical Nepali village life can be seen around Nagarkot.  The area is popular among travellers, anyone beyond the limits of the high-altitude trek. 1-day sightseeing tours, Kathmandu valley hiking tour, sunrise, and sunset, and as a picnic spot.  Nagarkot offers one of the best scenic views of 8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13 from here.
