Manaslu Trek Itinerary 14 days

This 14-day itinerary is only suitable if there are bus services from Kathmandu to Soti Khola at the start of the trek, and also from Tal to Besi Sahar, and Besi Sahar to Kathmandu at the end of the trek.  The road from Tal to Besi Sahar is a temporary and an off-road trail where buses or local jeep only run during the fall season (between September to November), although road conditions are also based on the rainy season and whether the road has been rebuilt or not.  Nevertheless, it is always a good idea to check in advance with your local company (contact us) if this trail can be done within the 14 days timeframe or not. Please see our sample 14 days itinerary from Kathmandu with estimated elevation and expected daily travelling time. However, Manaslu trek itinerary can be completed in different days and time frame fastest as 14 days and 22 days Manaslu with Tsum Valley or as always everyone's choice 17 days Manaslu trek can be the best option if you have enough time.

Is this 14 day Manaslu Trek now possible after the 2015 earthquake? Are the roads passable? I intend to do this trek alone at end Sept or early October 2016. How much for this trek ? Thanks
- Joseph Hannen

Hello, Joseph Hannen ! There is nothing has been changing in Itinerary after the earthquake! YES ! It was change recent after the earthquake due to the landslide on the trail. The landslide has been clean up and bridge wiped out by landslides has been fixed by the locals. Manaslu Trek is completely possible within 14 days. Trek alone in Manaslu is not possible either you have to hire one porter or guide. If you are travelling alone you must look for a group to join. Let us know if you want to join a group we will try to find a group to join with. The cost will be roughly 300 to 500 USD . I hope this will help you out to make a decision.
